A Somatic Myofascial Experience
An intentional window of presence—nervous system to nervous system—where your body leads. Blending John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release with energy work for women in Nolensville, Tennessee.

What is a Somatic Myofascial Release Session?
There is power in presence, and if I were to share the basis of a Somatic Myofascial Release Session (SMR) session, it’s presence and listening.
In Myofascial Release (MFR), there is a concept called “the fascial voice.” Fascia has a living memory, and the body’s sensations are its language. It can be a quiet voice, which is why it’s so powerful for us to be together, nervous system to nervous system, and listen.
This level of intentionality and philosophy of letting your body lead is both simple and complex. For this reason, SMR is not meant to be a weekly habit or a pathway to being “fixed,” it’s instead an occasional lesson where we learn to hear your body’s messages. It holds the answers to the questions you are asking yourself.
Is a Somatic MFR Session For You?
The Invitation
This work is for the woman who recognizes the cost of living from the neck up. She has learned to push through, override, and ignore her body’s signals.
She trusts that the answers are deep within and she wants to find a space where she can hear her own voice. She isn’t looking to be fixed. She’s looking to listen.
The Fit
• You see this work as a catalyst, meaning a specific, intentional step in your broader journey. You aren’t looking for a regular provider or a place to land weekly.
• You aren’t looking for a deep pressure fix to physical ailments.
• You are comfortable with stillness and turning inward.

Hi, I’m Noelle.
Clients often ask me, “Why did you get into this work?” and for a long time, my answer was simply, “I don’t know.”
In 2015, I began a journey to understand why I kept running the same patterns in my life. I made it my full-time job to learn, to change, and to disrupt until I realized that my addiction to “healing” had become another loop.
The way I work now recognizes that reaching outside of ourselves only takes us so far. My practice reflects where I am today: the quiet work of going within and finally putting the brakes on the search of “fixing” ourselves.
It’s time to rest. It’s time to accept.
On a Personal Note
I’ve called the Nolensville area home since 2007. I’m filling this current chapter with the things that ground me: weightlifting, travel, pickleball, and a deep commitment to rest.
My hope is that in our time together, I can share a piece of that rest and peace with you.
Noelle
What People Are Saying

I think I fell asleep. I didn’t even know that was possible for me right now, but I felt my entire nervous system finally ‘let go.
You held space for me to have an emotional release that bubbled up. I am very grateful and humbled by my experience.
