Refining the Myofascial Experience
A dedicated space for guided somatic work for women in Nolensville, Tennessee. By blending the light touch approach of John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release with energy work, I provide a container for women to drop out of the ‘noise’ and back into their bodies.

What is a Somatic Myofascial Release Session?
Myofascial Release (MFR) targets the fascial system—the interconnected web of tissue that wraps your entire being. This tissue has a living memory; it can constrict our movement, our breath, and our ability to live with ease.
A Somatic Myofascial Release Session taps into that reservoir of memory to bring you back to your body, which is the most powerful place a woman can be. We access this power through gentle ease. There is no force or “trying,” only presence and listening.
The goal of our session is for you to learn to hear your body’s messages. It holds the answers to the questions you are asking yourself.

The Invitation
This work is for the woman who craves rest but doesn’t know how to find it. When you feel like you can’t catch your breath, or your foot is stuck on the gas pedal, it’s time to find one moment of peace.
I don’t promise this one moment will break every pattern, but I do promise it will open the door for you to start making changes.
The Fit
• You feel like you’re living from the neck up.
• You would describe yourself as wired but tired.
• You aren’t looking for a deep pressure fix to physical ailments.
• You see this work as a catalyst, meaning a specific, intentional step in your broader journey rather than a weekly maintenance habit.

Hi, I’m Noelle.
Clients often ask me, “Why did you get into this work?” and for a long time, my answer was simply, “I don’t know.”
In 2015, I began a journey to understand why I kept running the same patterns in my life. I made it my full-time job to learn, to change, and to disrupt until I realized that my addiction to “healing” had become another loop.
The way I work now recognizes that reaching outside of ourselves only takes us so far. My practice reflects where I am today: the quiet work of going within and finally putting the brakes on the search of “fixing” ourselves.
It’s time to rest. It’s time to accept.
On a Personal Note
I’ve called the Nolensville area home since 2007. I’m filling this current chapter with the things that ground me: weightlifting, travel, pickleball, and a deep commitment to rest.
My hope is that in our time together, I can share a piece of that rest and peace with you.
Noelle
What People Are Saying
I’m feeling presence in my body in places typically void of sensation. I feel like I have a lower, deeper capacity to breathe. It’s making a world of difference.
I think I fell asleep. I didn’t even know that was possible for me right now, but I felt my entire nervous system finally ‘let go.
You held space for me to have an emotional release that bubbled up. I am very grateful and humbled by my experience.
