Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My work is about creating space to listen to your body. Your body might share something simple, profound, or maybe nothing at all. Whatever emerges deserves integration and time. That’s why I don’t approach this work as something to automatically repeat. The session is not the process. The session is not the destination. The session is the compass pointing you toward your next step.
A few reminders before your session:

Sessions take place in my home in Nolensville. The treatment room is on the second floor and requires climbing 28 stairs. If stairs are a concern, I’m happy to refer you to a provider with a more accessible setup.

For a 60-minute session, please plan for 90-minutes total to account for intake and transitions.

While the treatment room is private and your information is protected by HIPAA, family members may be present in other areas of the home.
