Of note:

New clients for my Nolensville office are required to pay in full for their first appointment at the time of booking. Subsequent bookings can be made without pre-payment. All prices are fixed, and I do not accept tips.

Please plan an additional 30 minutes beyond your booked session time to allow for intake, tablework, and a gentle exit. For a 75-minute session, plan to be away for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

My treatment room is on the second floor, requiring multiple stairs. If stairs are a concern, I’d be happy to refer you to a provider with a more accessible setup.

While your personal information is fully protected by HIPAA and the treatment room is private, please be aware that my family members may be present in other areas of our home.
The location will be shared after booking; it’s near Nolensville High School in Nolensville, TN 37135.
Session Description:
This is an intuitive, hands-on session that blends myofascial release and energetic healing. Depending on your needs and your body’s current state, we may also incorporate craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular work, or Swedish massage as needed.
Before we begin, we’ll discuss your goals and comfort level to create a plan that works for you. Your boundaries are always respected. This approach supports the connective tissue, nervous system, and muscular system—a true body, mind, and soul trifecta.
